YOUTH LEADERSHIP
Youth leadership is the practice of teens exercising authority over themselves or others. It has been elaborated upon as a theory of youth development in which young people gain skills and knowledge necessary to lead civic engagement, education reform and community organizing activities. Countless programs around the world seek to teach young people particular skills associated with leadership, particularly those programs associate with youth voice or youth empowerment. It is based on the study that it should strengthen individual and community capacity.
We work on:
- Facilitate and promote innovation of social and economic development initiatives that will help marginal communities to achieve sustainable economic and social development
- Promote youths social, educational, economic, political, and psychological empowerment for their sustainable social and economic development
- Facilitate women social, educational, economic, political, and psychological empowerment for their sustainable social and economic development
- Promote and facilitate child protection initiatives that create a way for children to achieve sustainable development in the future
- Develop and implement marginal communities, youths, and women empowerment Projects
- Induce and maintain partnership in Project planning and Management for innovation of Initiatives
- Develop and conduct community empowerment campaigns
- Develop and conduct gender and development campaigns
- Advocate and act any movement of communities issues
- Strengthen and raise awareness of Plastics Management and citizenship
